Our client is a company dedicated to the generation of electric power, both through conventional methods and green energy. The challenge for GIE GROUP was to determine the root cause(s) that led to the TG being taken out of service. This work will present the methodology for identifying causes through Root Cause Tree Analysis and the benefits of its application.
