Low pressure early warning system

The remote pressure monitoring system provides a comprehensive solution for the early detection of pressure drops in natural gas regulation stations.

By installing pressure switches connected to Edge Devices in classified areas, the system detects and alerts when pressure drops below pre-established levels, transmitting data via 3G/4G cellular networks.

The information is processed and stored in the GIE Cloud platform, allowing real-time visualization of station status, access to historical data, and automatic email alert generation.

The solution includes an intuitive web interface to manage users, visualize georeferenced data, and generate reports, facilitating operational decision-making and preventive maintenance.

Certified sensor for classified areas that detects pressure drops using a mechanical switch, activating at pre-established values of 2.8 kg/cm² and 30 kg/cm².

Edge Device that monitors the pressure switch status via digital input and transmits data to the platform. It operates with a 5V solar panel and includes intrinsic protection for classified areas.
