TZOLKIN 2.0 – Optimal integration of information, design and technology.

An application designed to facilitate the daily work of its final user. It enables to generate and optimize inspection plans based on risks; manage remanent life of fixed equipment, monitor thicknesses, calculate service aptitude of corroded equipment and calculate risks. The application enables to comply with the file requirements of various regulatory boards.

Standard reports include: risk prioritization / equipment catalog reports / inspection summary / failure and repair history / inspection planning / inspection history.

Taxonomy

Tzolkin allows you to define your asset taxonomy with up to six grouping levels. This disaggregation allows you to view risk values grouped by plant, unit, business, region, or whatever your business demands.

Risk Calculation

Calculation of probability and consequence of failures according to API 581 ed. 2016, simplified API580 model, criticality and financial risk model, risk ranking, presentation of risk matrices and lists

Inspection Planning

You can create inspection plans based on qualitative or quantitative risks according to API 580, API 581 Ed. 2016, ASME PCC3, identification of damage mechanisms by API 571; development of inspection plans according to API510, 570 or 653; schedule external or internal inspections, monitor corrosion rates and create inspection reports.

Thickness Management

Import thickness data from flat files. Calculation of required and remaining thicknesses, corrosion rates, and remaining life according to API 570 and 510. Fitness-for-service analysis of thickness losses according to API 579 Part 4 and ASME 1331G.

WEB Application

The server requires a minimum of 4GB RAM, a Windows Server 2008R2 platform, IIS 7, .NET Framework 4.5, and SQL Server 2014. Clients require at least 4 GB RAM, IE 10 or higher (recommended), Firefox or Chrome with Shockwave Flash. User authentication is md5.
