On May 22nd, the presentation ceremony of the new Board and the transfer of the presidential mandate from Engineer Mauricio Teutónico to Geologist Gustavo Martinez took place at the Mar del Plata headquarters.

Mauricio served as president from 2021 to 2024, leaving a strong legacy in the professionalization of Corporate Governance and the active promotion of organizational cultural transformation.

Gustavo’s assumption of the presidency marks a milestone for the Board as he is the first independent (non-partner) president to take on this role.

The event was filled with great emotion, especially as we remembered the much-loved Carlos Manfredi and the history of our company’s formation, through the close ties that have been forged over almost 29 years not only among GIE members but also with clients, which initially connected us with Gustavo.

We congratulate Mauricio on his excellent management over these 3 years and wish Gustavo the greatest success in the process he is beginning!
